Description

The Entry Level Construction Field Install provides an opportunity to learn the basics of heating, cooling, piping, construction and plumbing from the ground up through basic sheet metal fabrication, pipe assembly, shipping and receiving, deliveries, maintaining shop equipment and tool inventory and equipment installations. Advancement opportunities available based on job performance.

• Comply with all safety rules.
• Arrive on time daily.
• Unload/load supplies and equipment.
• Basic wiring, soldering, piping, threading and drilling.
• Duct, toilet, faucet and water heater installations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to the role

Position Requirements

• Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• Willing to drive to various job sites throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Technical skills preferred
• Mechanically inclined.
• Committed to making a long-term investment.
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes required
• Ability to comprehend basic math/algebra skills.
• Labor experience in construction preferred.
• Willingness to invest in tools used in the trade
